Damages and Issues
At this time, we do not accept returns unless they are damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To file a claim for a damaged or defective item, please email images to support@caminorealshop.co within three business days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to return your item. You will be responsible for shipping and packaging fees when returning the product.
Please Note: We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.
